@VerizonSupport The best deals??? I agreed to a promotional price to upgrade & trade in my phone. Next thing I know, three+ months of hell trying to get anyone at Verizon to actually talk yo me and understand the issue. One tech told me I ordered it wrong online. I have never order online! Ever!

@Verizon @VerizonSupport I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years. I never buy the newest phones models without a deal! I would never have spent $1200 on a phone. Have called 5 times to get this straightened out and multiple chats. Been lied to about tickets.

@Techlife32 @TMobile Just saw a Verizon commercial for there home Internet and stupid I have TMobile everything had internet since it was invite only Verizon has beat them in price for home Internet if your a current customer $25 a month first time I ever seen them have a better price then tmobile

I have never had the worst customer service from @Verizon ever. Apparently I can't buy a device from them. Either I have to sign up another line then cancel, essentially wasting $45 in first month and activation and I'm S.O.L. with my device dollars I've accumulated.

do I know anyone who works for Verizon? Having a hell of a time with my boyfriend's iPhone trade-in, which originally they just weren't giving him the bill credit, but now they're saying the never received his old phone and they BILLED him for it! This is absolutely bullsh*t.

@Verizon I am rather pissed off that I can’t speak to a human being. My bill is outrageous because of none sense charges and I need to speak with someone. But god forbid there be a human to talk to. Never have I ever had such a hard time trying to reach customer service.
